Before I started buying
rentals, I believed the
property sells itself
and processes can be done
online governmentally.
I invested in three discount dot-com brokerages that tried to
change the industry.
As technology evolved,
business boomed and was sabotaged in the late 2000's
by rule changes, very non-coincidental market trends, governmental sabotage, alongside unfair competition
practices...because i was part-time. ah. lol.
UNIVERSITY REDEVELOPMENT
I had a vision to change the university that I
was attending. Going back
to the original name,
adding more greek life,
with Big Ten football,
and more on-campus
housing... which would
triple the thriving
downtown population.
An amazing institution
for Business, Law, Computer
Science, Engineering and
Film / Sound
This vision...
to be realized.

MR. 26 HOURS
In 1948, we lost two hours
per day. The day used to be
26 hours. Two extra hours
is the best way to structure
planet earth.
Peace of mind...this is what
will be. I have no comments
regarding sleep, children,
work and play. The memoirs
of my father and mother
prove everything
will be even more incredible in
the new world of
2021. The business of
happiness. Calm sea.
No rush. For sure.

Spending fun times with
loved ones. Whether it be a
family member, step-family member,
a band mate, label mate,
or a friend from
the pub. An old classmate.
A neighbor. A friend of a friend.
P.F.W. (people from work).
Even a friendly industry
colleague...or a fan.
However, I don't do the constant
inlaw situation, and neither does "she".
How perfect?!?...
And we are close
with our families.

I try to party almost every night.
Because...quite simply,
life is a party...
and there is nothing to do!
I don't watch television.
When the sun goes down
is when it usually begins.
In vacation or creative times,
I have been known to partake
during the daytime as well.
Sometimes years will roll on by
without partaking.
I'd rather be partaking in the herb.
I don't use harmful holocaustic
governmental felonious
animal agenda drugs ever.
I drink a little bit.
I don't smoke that much
legal harmless marijuana.
(high for a few hours)
...almost every night.
Lol...peace of mind.
I am sane and not addicted to
any substance.
I am not religious.
I stay home mostly, and not always.
I have my lope. Much to do.
And doing it all!
I laugh maturely,
listen to incredible
music and I dance...
I also have great conversations
...that are "real".
