NO SWEAT FULL BODY

"BODYBUZZ-POWERFLEX "  WORKOUT. 

EVERY OTHER DAY, OR EVERYDAY, IF LOW REPS.

FEEL FREE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME... IF YOU WANT EXACT DETAILS.  this is after 30 days on the bowflex.

and 30 days more on dumbell free weights.

(these 60 days may not be needed)

THE HINTS ARE:

1) TRICEP KICKBACK WITH NO WEIGHTS.  UNTIL YOU FEEL IT WORKING.  IMMEDIATE.  WORK OUT REST OF BODY.  USE YOUR MIND. REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE WORKOUT.

2) NOT A GERBIL.  PONDERMENT.  IF AND WHEN I DO CARDIO IT IS WIND SPRINTS.

3) MIX IT UP DAILY. BREAK THE POSSSIBLE INSTILLED LAZY MENTAL SEED AND PHYSICAL SABATOGE.  DO A BODY RUB BEFOREHAND TO GET GOING IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE A LOSER ON YOU.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN GOOD SHAPE YOU WILL STILL MAINTAIN AND FEEL BETTER ON A DAILY BASIS.  IF ALL THINGS NORMAL, YOUR BODY AND FACE SHOULD BE ELECTRIC DURING AND AFTER FOR QUITE AWHILE.

A WOMAN FOLLOWING THIS WORKOUT SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS NOT TO BE TO BULKY, RIPPED, OR HARD. VERY FEW REPS, UNLESS DESIRED.

FOR BREAKFAST, I HAVE THREE TO FIVE BITES. THEN A FEW HOURS LATER, I EAT A SMALL OR BIG LUNCH DEPENDING ON THE NIGHTTIME PLANS OR HUNGER LEVELS OR WAKE UP TIME. I EAT A FEW CRACKERS, IF NEEDED, WHICH IS A SNACK IN THE AROUND 6:30PM.

THEN A BIG DINNER AT 8:45PM.

I ALSO ENDULGE IN AN AWESOME TINY LATE NIGHT SNACK. I EAT WHEREVER AND WHATEVER I WANT.  EXCEPT ONE DAY A WEEK. IF I LOSE 2 LBS, ONE DAY A WEEK, THEN THAT ADDS UP TO 8 LBS A MONTH.  IF I EVER NEED TO DIET.  I MAINTAIN 6 DAYS A WEEK.

THERE IS SOMETHING MAGICAL ABOUT TEN HOURS OF SLEEP PER DAY. IF SOMETHING OR SOMEONE WAKES ME (UNLESS SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS ME OUT OF BED)... 

I JUST LAY IN BED UNTIL I AM RESTED 10 STRAIGHT HOURS.  I TAKE ZERO NAPS AND I ONLY GET HUNGRY AT DINNER TIME BECAUSE OF THE SLEEP SCHEDULE.

I HAVE FLEXTIME AT MY JOB.  A VERY COMMON SITUATION THESE DAYS.  I WORK 35 PRODUCTIVE HOURS A WEEK.  7 DAYS A WEEK. 

I DO NOT TAKE A LUNCH BREAK. THERE IS PROBABLY ONE MORE TOTAL HOUR EACH WEEKDAY, AFTER DINNER, THAT I USE FOR WORK RELATED TASKS. 40 HOURS.
