New Corporate and School Hours
Corporate house and school hours now "in sync" with each other.  For a non-vicious circle agenda.  With technology and some to many working from home...
All should be fair to all, especially employers.  Road traffic will not be a problem with traffic guards and programmed lights.  For those not on flextime with their own schedules.
We recommend to the country the following schedules:

Corporate / Day Shift Hours:
9:30am to 4:30pm
SEVEN "productive to the extreme" hours per day
Paid 20 minute lunch.

1) Monday thru Friday.

2) Full time work week, should still be paid, on an 8 hour work day / 40 hour work week.

3) Total work hours per week 35 productive hours- with paid lunch. Like many other countries.

4) It is 2019 and use of computers, phones, and "extra" working from home should allow this to happen.

For non office jobs that are high turnover and less enjoyable (i.e. factory)...we believe that they should work only 30 hours / 4 days a week and still maintain full time pay.

A great example of a flex time schedule is 5 hours a day, 7 days a week.

School Hours:
9:15 am to 3:15 pm (6 hours)
EIGHT 45 min blocks are as follows:
45 mins lunch / recess
45 mins study hall session. Where most of homework is completed.
SIX 45 mins each class.
High school: (3 or 4 difficult classes + 2 to 3 non-difficult per quarter).
3 quarters per school year. Not 2 semesters. (Sept 6th-June 6th).
Extra curricular activities 3:15pm-5:00pm.
Never after 5:00pm. Never everyday.  Everyday is too much.  Maintaining dreams and not having dillusions of granduer with any activity.

(USE OF FACILITIES OFF CAMPUS OR NEW CONSTRUCTION WHEN NECCESARY).

Sports possibly with city recreation and private training only and possibly...to avoid politics/elevation...not part of the school function.  Music never in the curriculum with private training only and not reccomended until mid-teen years for many reasons.
